Rockpile: Curls x 14, Presses, Bent over Rowers, then Storm the Bastille Cusack-style for peoples chair; return for more Curls, Presses, Rowers, and Skull Crushers (anyone? anyone?); Cusack around the track, more people chairs and 7 Donkey Kicks
World Cup Final Preview: PAX efficiently divided into France and Croatia, each PAX was fouled by other team, drops and rolls 4-5 times. Style points given for knee holding, groaning, other dramatics. Ripple fouled by entire Croatian side in stoppage time.
Wimbledon– Seriously, thought is was Wilmington until I was about 10. Up and Backs on the Courts x 6; Small Burpee Ladder.
Lido: Much agonizing/belly-aching by PAX regarding distance from tennis courts to deck. Dips, Steps Ups, Box Jumps, more Dips.
Notes: Great energy by entire group. Kudos to Deductible for returning strong. Mumble chatter generally on the positive side, at least as far as my ears can discern. True pleasure to lead the workout this fine Bastille Day.
Announcements: Happy Birthday to TroyBilt, big 16! Get this: the 2018 Edition of Schmedfest has eclipsed 30k in corporate commitments already. Thank you Plunger and Family for your leadership here! F3 Gears starts in Sept or Oct, dust off your bikes and give them a spin.
Prayers: for Splash’s patient after valiant battle with leukemia, and for her mother. Prayers also for a daughter struggling with an eating disorder. Congrats to Plunger’s nephew who passed CFP exam, and to Narcan’s daughter and son-in-law who moved to Denver.
