PAX:  Cheesesteak (WB), Plunger, LiteBrite (co-WD), Root Canal, Thistle (co-WD), Mutton, Sgt Schultz, Burlap (QIC)

The Thang:

Circuit starting with 15 reps, going up by one rep at each circuit.

• Run to benches at the corner of the “L”, on south end of Lowes Food — perform 15 deep dips
• Run east to end of the other corner of shopping center (past TJ Maxx) — perform 15 Mike Tysons
• Run north to back patio of River Birch — perform 15 monkey humpers
• Run back to start at covered area at Great Clips — perform 15 WWII sit-ups
• Repeato adding a rep, etc.

All Pax made it through a full round of 21 (126 reps of each exercise and over 2 miles), while most Pax finished the 8th round of 22 for a total of 148 reps of each.

COT

• PAX was saddened to learn of the passing of Hoser, who hadn’t posted in a while but was well known to several pax and was a work colleague to quite a few pax.  Lift up his wife and three young adult children in your prayers, please.
• Reach out to pax that you haven’t seen at F3 in a while and be a man and tell them that you would like to see them back out in the gloom.  You never know how much that request may mean.
• YHC took us out praying for the above and thanking God for the new day.

NMM

• Similar group to #RNG on Monday with Sgt Schultz and YHC bravely representing the six.
• And like my Q on Monday, pax were subjected to the tantalizing aroma of sweet breakfast food.  On Monday, it was Krispy Kremes, while today it was cinnamon rolls at Biscuitville.  Mmm.  Sgt Schultz thinks YHC is leading him into temptation.
• Surprisingly little rain fell.  YHC planned it with some sheltered spots for the stations, but we didn’t need them.  Down side was that it was so humid and hot that the spots we exercised in had very little air flowing and were really cooking.
• Started with six pax but Mutton joined us to finish the first (15 rep) circuit at 0535.
• Root Canal joined at the end of the second (16 rep) circuit at just after 0540.  He went outside at 0520 to find a large oak limb lying across his driveway, presumably preventing his posting.  But the undeterred RC got a hand saw (allowing neighbors and wife to sleep), cut the limb into large pieces, and rolled them away.  RC had the bark on his arms to prove the outrageous story.
• Several Lowes Foods employees started their shifts at 0600 and were not impressed with the idiots working out there.

Thanks for putting up with my unimaginative WIB.  Simple but painful.  Strong pax today.
