  • 20 LBCs
  • 20 penguin crunchs
  • 20 crunchy frogs
  • 20 100s

Rest, repeat, 3 rounds.

Next up:

  • 10 merkins
  • 10 squats
  • 10 over head claps

Half lap around the track

  • 9 merkins
  • 9 squats
  • 9 overhead claps

Repeat on down to 0.

Now time for…

  • 20 dips
  • 20 left and right leg lifts
  • 20 irkins

Repeat-o with 10 reps.

Mosey long way back to start. We took a poll and decided we had enough abs work so we just did 15 cursory penguin crunches.
