DQ reminded the PAX that Shmedfest is coming this Saturday, August 25, at the Winston Salem Fairgrounds. There is an 8am convergence work out for PAX, FIA, Ms and 2.0s, all are welcome, all regularly scheduled work outs are cancelled that day. Workout launches from the Pepsi Lot near the LJVM Colliseum.

Festivities kick off at 4pm at the Clock Tower Stage. Don’t wind up at the Tractor Pull or the Anex.
