Short and sweet. 7 Pax gathered at Whitaker Elementary for a 3.15 jaunt down Runnymeade, past Reynolds High and back up Buena Vista. The weather was perfect and we had enough time for 15 minutes of Tabata.
Continued prayers for Juice Box and his speedy recovery.
9/11 remembrance at BBT field The event starts at 6 and we will gather inside the gates.
