8 PAX ran in the ever-present, never-ending WSO soupy humidity.
We started at Messiah Moravian on Peace Haven.
North on Peace Haven. Left on Polo. Right on Robinhood. Left on Norman. Left on Tallison. Left on Millhaven. Left on Peace Haven. Home. 3.33 miles.
We did a little Tabata to the bass-heavy, riff-laden, yet ever-joyful Collective Soul. PAX did stuff like Squats, WWII situps, Irkins and Mutton crunches.
