So it’s Halloween and trick-or-treat and candy and scary/not scary costumes and all that stuff. But there are Qs who are good at themed workouts, and Qs who are not. So mark me in the “not” category. Let’s just put in the work, and hopefully share some laughs and general #MC along the way. And since the attendees of #Mayhem are rarely/never seen at that AO in southern VA (aka Reagan HS a la #B&W), then breaking out the deck of cards two weeks in a row is not a play eligible for being called a foul. So this is what it looked like this AM at the Meadowlark schools:

• Aces = Merkins x 25
• Kings = Squats x 20
• Queens = Mountain Climbers x 20
• Jacks = Plank Jacks x 20
• Jokers = Burpees x 15
• 2, 3, 4 of any suit = run from elementary school loop to entrance on Meadowlark and back
• Spades = Lunges
• Hearts = Mike Tyson’s
• Diamonds = Low Flutters (IC)
• Clubs = Monkey Humpers

Mary:

• LBCs
• Outside knee touches
• Low Dolly
• Low Flutter

Announcements/Prayer requests:

• Prayers for victims and their families of recent shootings. **Take time to read @VanPelt’s recent BB regarding taking action**
• Mark your calendars for December 15, 2018:  F3/FiA holiday party. This January also marks @F3WinstonSalem’s 5th year of existence. More info to come.

NMM:

• Week two of the Q being accused of stacking the deck of cards. Admittedly, there was no shuffling of the deck after last week’s #B&W. But the Q is horrible at shuffling cards anyway (just ask his 6 year old, @Venom). So it really wouldn’t have mattered anyway.
• The Q was shot down quickly when attempting to list what cards equaled what exercises prior to getting going. #CharlieBrownsTeacher #WahWahWahWah
• @Zima does wear sleeves when the temps are in the 40’s. Short sleeves vs. sleeveless. But sleeves, nonetheless.
