When:  Christmas season

Who:  Dash PAX

What:  There will be some modifications regarding workouts during Christmas week and slightly beyond.

The modifications are as follows:

Mon 12/24

530 – Outhouse, Estate and VI converge at Leinbach Park.  RnG TBD.

800 – Family friendly (bring 2.0s) F3 / FiA 1 hour workout at Speas Elem.  Q’s are Interference, Bulldawg (IF’s M) and Tourist Salmonella.

Tues, 12/25 – No workouts

Wed, 12/26 – Normal schedule

Thurs, 12/27 – 530 – WIB, Distillery and TRQ converge at Speas Elem.

Fri, 12/28 and Sat, 12/29 – Normal schedule

Mon, 12/31 – 530 – Outhouse and Estate converge at Reynolda Village.

Tues, 1/1 – 700 – All converge at Hanes Park for a 1 hour beatdown – Q’s are Manscape, Sgt Schultz and possibly Pita.

Wed, 1/2 – Fri, 1/4 – Normal schedule

Sat, 1/5 – 700 – 5 year Anniversary Convergence at Hanes Park for a 1 hour beatdown – Q’s are BAM, Burlap and Cobra.
