BBBC 2018 – The Final Chapter

The third core principal of F3 is workouts “are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.” The finale of BBBC for this year put this principal to the test.
Non-stop rain during the overnight hours did not dissuade the faithful Pax for the easiest running route on paper. Meet at Ortho-Carolina parking lot (Peacehaven and Lewisville/Clemmons Road). Run towards Parliament. Turn around and return to where we started.
Sassy, DQ, and YHC started as a trio. We were soon joined by a speedy Katniss who made an appearance, and then headed back to his car. Some nasty sickness going through his household.
We made it to SW School Road and turned around at that point.
The rain held off until the last quarter mile or so. Easy.

As always, the best 2nd F occurs with small group workouts. Even more so when running together. Decent pace and all Pax stayed together.
