Burlap
This was a solid, well planned, well executed workout by a string Q. Others shakily take note of the intentional nature of the warmorama, the focus on various muscle groups, and (you had to be there) the consistent use and timing of these: Next exercise is…/Starting position, move/In cadence/Exercise…/Recover.
Good group of dudes, too.
