Running & Gunning in the Barony

YHC jumped at the chance to Q the #DashPax’s favorite 5k+Tabata workout. Specifically, because I had a created a route for a #RnG Q two years ago that never happened and more importantly the launch was nestled in the Barony. YHC even trolled the other Monday AM Q’s on the twitters last night while leaving those idiots in the village alone to enjoy their “wood” anniversary. Even though the weather app on YHC’s phone was terribly inaccurate with it’s morning report, 8 Pax faced the cold and drizzle to start Monday off with a little running and gunning.

We then gunned for 3 rounds of tabata (20secs AMRAP/ 10secs rest)
- Merkins/LBC
- Squats/Seal Claps
- Wilt Chamberlains/American Hammers
YHC took us out.

NMM:
- Lysol philosophically contemplated whether we were dedicated or insane, and concluded we were insanely dedicated
- Skinny Glazer ran like a man possessed and lead the whole way until Lysol pressed him at the end
- JB is in full recovery mode and is wanting to go snowboarding. I hear Prospector is currently looking to buy a Porsche
- Wiki joined us for just the Run, but had to split before the Gun
- Lemming mentioned that Wilt Chamberlains are harder when your face is getting wet…….that’s what she said!
- Zuck appeared out of nowhere right in time for the Gun but you know he was laying it down on the run
- YHC is sure that Litterbox and Burlap hated they had to miss due to Q duties.
