Today was YHC’s 2 Year F3 Anniversary. Thankful to Mash for the strong EHing to get me to post. I havent looked back since.

Warm Up:  SSH, IST, Good Mornings, Abe Vigoda, Whirly w/clap.

Mosey to upper shelter with cardboard wheel of exercises and tunes.

Spin wheel and perform number and exercise that the arrows pointed to. Lots of plank jacks and 4 laps were run around the track. Other exercises included. Burpies, SSH, LBC, Bench Press (these confused Whirly), Merkins. Lots of mumble chatter about all the plank jacks being performed.

Mosey back to parking lot for Mary.

Mary: Alabama Prom Date, Mutton Crunch both sides, Box Cutters, probably a few others.
