PAX: Zima, Root canal, Palin, BAM, Lysol, Wild Cat, Litter box, Blue light special, Turn over, Cheese steak & PITA

#Flatline started with a mosey to the amphitheater for some SSH, Imperial storm troopers & clapping whirlies

Then to the parking lot behind the amphitheater for a couple sets of Burpies

Then we took a short mosey to the new park where we started “HERO DRILLS” which started with merkins followed by a mosey up the street to Spruce street. The first one to spruce was the HERO, once they reached spruce everyone got to run back to the park. We did this next with Irkins, then Derkins and then Merkins. Lots of fun!

Then we took a mosey up the street and stopped for some moaning monkey humpers, then up to spruce where Litter box got to choose our exercise because he was the hero the most. He chose BURPIES because we were at a corner!! You’re a beast!

Then to the parking deck for pulls ups and other fun torture stations as we made our way to the top.

Finished with Mary and a nice COT.
