Sometimes you get asked to Q at an AO by an outgoing Site Q. You agree and then say to yourself, “Never made it to that AO. Should really post there at least once before the Q,”.

You then may end up saying to yourself ,”Holy crap, my Q at WIB is next week and I have not posted there yet. Ah, well.”

You might then get some MC from the pax about this. Ah, well.

Here is how Wobegon’s Blind Q at WIB went:

Warm-o-rama (after confirming warm-or-rama was, in fact, a thing at WIB.

• Whirley with the clap 20 IC
• Imperial Walker 20 IC
• Arm Swirly Thingees forward and backward, Seal Clap (20 each IC)
• Abe Vigoda super slow…5 count, maybe?

Mosey to end of the far lot and back to the cones for….

THE WIB THING:

6 cones set up. Complete exercises listed at each cone, move to next. After 3 cones run the route to the end of the lot. Return, do next three cones. Repeat. Each cone listed one exercise with 10 reps and 4 reps of an abs/core exercise.

• Root Canal’s son is working to help a little boy who has come into his life, the boy adopted him, lots of issues, court dates and difficulties as well as good things possible. Prayers for the situation and best results for all, mostly for the boy.
• PETA’s friend Tony is in hospice, prayers for strength for his and his family.

If you were watching Twitter last night you know that YHC was glued to the Carolina Hurricanes playoff game. The 2.0 and I stayed up till the very end of the double-overtime contest to watch our beloved Canes move on to round 2 of the Stanley Cup  playoffs. This is a big deal for the two of us and the sports-emotion is real.  It was fun to see tweets from F3 guys as it went on. It was not fun to turn out the light at 12:15 and set the alarm for  4:45 but incredibly happy I did. Caring about things–sports, crazy workout groups, family, other people, something bigger than yourself…it makes a difference in life. Anyway, glad to share the morning with these guys. Thanks for being there.
