Last night The Vig sent a private. message at the request of Phelps about his missing son in the Clemmons area and ask that we share. Happy to report that he has been found a little after noon today.

Mosey around back track and stop at water fountain.  Partnered up for DORA.  100 Merkins, 200 Squats,  300 LBC’s. Mosey back around and meet in the shelter.

10 Bench rises IC,  15 R Leg step ups OYO, 10 Bench presses IC. 15 L Leg step ups OYO, 20 Dips OYO. Repeat.

Wall at shelter for 10 Mike Tyson, 20 Rebound Drills, BTW for a 10 count OYO.

Mosey back to parking lot for Mary by committee. Freddy Mercury’s, Low Dolly, Big O, LBC’s, WWII, Low Flutter, Alabama Prom Date, Mutton Crunch L/R, Penguin Crunch.
