PAX: Litter Box, Rust Bucket, Manscape, Snookie, Focker, Cheesesteak, Milkshake, Bevo...and a little Razzie.
What might have been the most simple yet still challenging work out at Estate, YHC almost made everyone late to work. Thanks to Cheese Steak, that did not happen.
Started off with a 8 of us doing SSHs and a nice little hamstring stretch.
Then we all mosied to the Quad on WF campus. (almost a mile jog)
We then (due to lite numbers) split up into 2 groups of 4 (was hoping for at least 10 PAX). YHC placed out 3 exercises, at evenly space points and we used half the quad. The goal was to have 1 person run from each point to relieve the next PAX at the next point. Meaning, each workout point would have 1 person from each group performing the exercise assigned to that location and 1 person from each group running at all times. This was done with Merkins, Freddy Mercury’s, and Triple Bears all within a 20 minute AMRAP.
We wrapped this up (once again, thanks CS) and mosied back in perfect timing for wrap up the day with prayers and announcements.
