PAX: Drip, Greenspan, Mongoose, Red Eye, Zima YHC arms have gotten a significant rest over the past few months while I was focusing on running. This was my first bootcamp post since June so I was a little nervous. I like to avoid counted exercises so I figured grinders would allow the more enthusiastic pax…
26 pax were more brave than the WSFCS administration and enjoyed a breezy and somewhat hilly route this am. None of us ran BRR this year so the OG routes have been pretty wimpy over that past few months. With the approaching hurricane I thought it would be wise to keep us away from falling…

PAX: Splash, Spamalot, Quiver, Red Eye, Mongoose, Ink Spot, Zima, BALCO 7 pax decided to join YHC on my anniversary for some fun @mayhem. Unlike Whirly, my anniversary festivities do not begin at 12:01am so I was still able to Q. My loosely themed workout went a little something like this. Warm-o-rama SSH x 14…
PAX: Patch, Mr. Hand, Cheerio, Lemming, Winklevoss, Manscape, Plunger, Sac, Glazer, VanPelt, Greenspan, Peacemaker 13 PAX gathered for some running in circles this am. Peacemaker made a grand entrance and might have gotten air while hitting a curb. The city might need to bring in a repair crew. When I Q Redline I like to…

PAX: Zima, Hedwig, Bluto, BAM, Van Gogh, Roosevelt, Swipe Right, Sleeper, Drip, Closer, Spicoli, Root Canal, PETA 14 unlucky PAX played a game of 21 this AM at flatline and lost. Flatline is an AO like no other. The great Beverly built it to be a more intense experience and YHC always tries to bring…
10 wandered around in the dark to a deceptively hilly route and tolerated some technical difficulties but still managed to have a reasonably acceptable time this AM. Route: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/1871751989 Tabata – Diamond merkins, Crunchy Frog, Hurpees (hand-release burpees), Jump Squats, Freddie Mercs, CDD, Jump lunges, Low dolly NMM Plunger rolled the dice to post before…
18 pax joined together for three of my favorite things (however, NOT my 3 favorite things) this AM. The rain held off for most of the fun. As a 3x Wake grad I obviously have a special place in my heart for the Quad and Wait Chapel, which looked extra special with the fog/drizzle. Although…
The Dashpax have a tendency to like to run hills prior to BRR but not so much after. Some of the WS pax are training for various marathons and hill work is vital to any successful training program. It had been awhile since YHC visited the triplets so when asked to Q Redline the other…
