What a fun PAX I arrived to this great Friday morn at Bailey Park! As a seasoned Q, I had a plan, with the help of Burns, to rendezvous for a moment with the Tractors and OGs, who were trolling through Urban Assault territory at a very particular time, 5:45, to be precise. So after…
So, Cruiser put together such a perfectly simple, awful beatdown that I literally copied it. The PAX were in awe of the horribulus of the day and gave me sooo much blame, but, truly, 100% Cruiser. I literally copied and pasted his backlist here. Warmorama: SSHs, HillBillies, ISTs, Whirleys, 2 Abe Vigodas, and stretchy stretches….
Perfect weather greeted the intrepid PAX. Zima made his triumphant return to the fold and was sooo warm and fuzzy. WARMORAMA: usual things, except I tried to count Zima-style with limited success. Also did two arm swirly shenanigans as CherryPie made his entry into the circle. He was pleased. THE THANG: Remaining at our beginning…
In a surprise twist, I was the Q for TRQ this am, and boy, was that fun! Green Acres was kind enough to let me know that I had over committed, so here I was. Dusting off a frequently requested beatdown, I came prepared. Much to our wondering eyes did appear, but an FNG, Isaac,…
PAX: Rudolph, Ziggy Stardust, Adobe, Cruiser, 60 Minutes, Shneider, Touch Me Not, Dr. Toot, (WD,Q), Subfloor. Well, this was a fine “How do you do,” this gloomy morning as a band of brothers assembled for another unimaginative Q was about to commence. So with a subpar recitation of core statement, principles, and warmorama, we got…
PAX: Spicoli, Drama Queen, Turn Over(WB), Van Gogh, Dr. Toot(WD,Q) On the day that T was born the angels got together, and decided to make a dream come true, so they sprinkled star dust in her hair… So the boys assembled with great reverence at Sherwood Plaza to pay their respects. A preamble was given…
PAX: Lamb Chop, Bevo, Schneider, Dr. Toot Cool and breezy continued this am as was yesterday. Lamb Chop and the Funky Bunch assembled for the Lit! Flatline. The Thang: No warmups, but there was a warmup of 11 burpees. As we exited the AO, we hit 11 more burpees. Moseying to the wall in front…
PAX: Burns, Spicoli, Mittens(WB), Dr. Toot(WD,Q) A clear, breezy predawn greeted the Launch Pad PAX. Perfect for an unimaginative Q of the Tootster. We dispensed with the preamble and warmed right up with stretches and SSHs. The Thang: We moseyed about 12 feet to the shelter and utilizing the outer edges, we four cornered 1o…
A wet, puddled gravel parking lot at River Oaks greeted our intrepid superheroes looking for their pre-weekend swell for the ladies. I did not disappoint… After the warmup, we slow moseyed to the back and each retrieved a coupon, which we carried to the far end of the gravel parking lot. The beatdown was simple…
PAX: Bevo, Lamb Chop, Spicoli, Zima, Frost Bite(WB), Dr. Toot(WD,Q) Twas a misty, cool morn as I arrived two minutes late, when my wandering eyes did spy a PAX that was not going to settle as they moseyed the parking area. After apologies for the Spicoli-style arrival, we moseyed directly to the illuminated Christmas tree…
A hearty PAX of 9 met early for a very stolen Q. New to us, a hale and hearty Hornet from Raleigh joined us for the festivities and fit right in. A bit of a history man, he and Ziggy made acquaintances and discussed the controversial views of Lynard Skynard at the storming of the…
Supermaxx was a blast as the Murph was in full affect. Suede is making quantum leap improvements and Gretel is much like the Q, stubbornly determined to improve. Ziffel approached surprisingly on time, but from the perspective of a possum, as he emerged from the dumpster. Hansel has served notice to the alphas, Van Gogh,…
