Run up Forsyth Street. Each light pole represents a station. Do them one by one. Run uphill directly to the next pole (skipping all previous poles) and do the exercise. Stop at each pole on the way down and do the exercise, rinse and repeat.

Today’s Q’s Random Musings:
- Greenspan does not follow through on his promises. He’s a great guy, but he’s a lying sack of monkey dung.
- Apparently the hole in his head (I can say that because I’m the one who caused it) gave Greenspan super powers of deduction because it only took 3 steps out of the parking lot before he correctly determined that we were heading to Forsyth. Is Zima that predictable?
- The celebration burpees at the crest of Forsyth were completely unnecessary, as were the extra dive bombers that Greenspan did to taunt Zima.
- Spicoli did not disappoint.
Announcements:
- WIB will be at Ardmore Baptist.
- Let Zima know if you are interested in doing the Muddy Creek Backyard Ultra again this year.
- Pay attention to the social medias for talk about another F3 softball game.
Prayers:
- Root Canal
Zima out.
