15 total managed to see through the craziness the Q had on his back blast. I was going to start us off with SSH when one of our strong F3 leaders, Van Gogh, called me out to proclaim the Mission Statement. And I gloriously failed when I could not even remember the start. Woof. Luckily…
We gathered and we dominated! Started with Warm-a-rama, which the Q showed up right at 5:30 and asked for Huck to lead some SSHs while the Q did 5 penalty burpees. The Q was also reminded for the umpteenth time about how there was no running allowed a this AO, so the Q made ever…
Costumes requested and only a few complied. We headed to the track after some light stretching. Super simple WOD…at the rounded “corners” of the track, the PAX will trick or treat! All in a counter-clockwise circuit, perform 10 of each exercise corner and increase by 10 on each lap. The work outs are as follows:…
We started the morning off with some slow stretching to make sure we all were ready to shake our groove thangs. We mosied around to the pile o’ rocks and the instruction was to pick 2 per Pax and size should be comfortable where you can hold both rocks in front of you with extended…
Bevo, Zumba, Turn Over, Van Gogh, Honey Badger, Huckleberry, HOG, Burns and Zoolander we gathered for a friendly game of flag football at Sherwood Forest. It was a good time with the 2nd F going strong. We all agreed that we will do it again and probably have it later in the day so we…
Started our with a little unorthodox warmarama for Redline. Then we went on the traditional mile+ run around Hanes. Came back for a impromptu Namarama so everyone knew each other’s name. And now since there were no strangers, candy was handed out. BRICK PAVERS…2 per PAX. Then we ran to the track. The Thang:…
Smog, Cat Call, Drip, Cheesesteak, Van Gogh, Turn Over, Litterbox, Root Canal, Burns, Ziggy Stardust And Bevo With an appearance from Hedwig* As we gathered this morning, the idea was for people to have a Saturday option for IPC. However, I strongly believe that not all should be forced to do silly things….
Thanks to Resistor, Valdez, Suede, Manscape, H.O.G., Hitman, Greenspan, Balco, Palin and Winklevoss for allowing me to come to Redline and change things up a little. Not so standard Redline Warmarama: AVs, Deep Lunges and a stroll around the Track. The Thang: Partner up…from one corner (Cone 1) of the track partner A will…
Do you know your history? Well I can say that Cherry Pie, Total Recall and H.O.G. definitely know more after this morning! Today, we celebrated both the real Alexander Hamilton and the Broadway production “Hamilton.” Started the morning off with a Warm-a-rama…pretty unorthodox considering the Q had to lay out the ground rules…
Slow and steady warmarama…for 10 minutes. Mosey over to pull up bars. Proceed to do a mini-circuit: – (grab bar like an axe) pull up to right side and hold, on Q’s cue lower. Go back up to the left side and hold. Repeat several times. – “slow downs”…pull up to the bar (regular pull…
We gathered in the early morning hours awaiting the Q’s orders and a few wondering if they actually needed cleats. The Q promised to those who brought the cleats, they would be thankful for them. Did some warm-a-rama in the parking lot and some stretching. After several minutes, which seemed to be 2 minutes too…
First, I want to thank all those who waited patiently for F3 to resume! It was great being back out with the guys. The Q led off with the typical SSHs…would you expect less? Then I asked the Site Q to lead Arm Swirly Things while I READ the disclaimer and quizzed the 5…
