An absolutely beautiful Winston Salem morning saw 7 knuckleheads try their darndest to get 1% better in the greater Sherwood Elementary area. Are you curious what that might have looked and sounded like? Would you be interested in a play-by-play write up of the time that was had? Well look no further, fella, cuz here…
The #BnW regulars always set a high bar for not only a quality beatdown, but excellent musical accompaniment. When @Atrophy reached out to YHC about Q’ing at this prestigious AO, I knew the pressure was on. Inclusivity was at the forefront of YHC’s mind during planning to ensure the beatdown would be KB-friendly for the…
The morning got off to a rocky start when YHC overslept and showed up late for the EC run w/ @Burns. We still managed to get in one mile and picked up @Zima, who RIRO’d, toward the end of the EC. The PAX descend onto Jamison Park and we get started. Mission Statement and CP’s…
10 PAX defeated the #FartSack last Wednesday at #Conspiracy. Let’s see what went down. As we gathered for Warm O Rama, there were several of Winston’s finest from WSFD assembled in the same lot about to get after it with their own PT session. YHC kicked us off with the Mission Statement and Core Principles….
Inquiring minds want to know: Is there a better way to shake off the Christmas/holidays/New Years rust than with a comprehensive beatdown on a brisk DTWS morning at Flatline? The answer, my friends is No. No there is not. Let’s take a look at what the #HIMs that decided to post got themselves into. Warm…
Today was YHC’s first Q in a while. I was eager to deliver a beatdown that would challenge those who decided to attend. Let’s check it out: 0529:15: 5 PAX have already assembled, awaiting YHC to exit his vehicle 0529:30: YHC exits the vehicle and calls the meeting to order with Mission Statement and CPs…
Thanks to a big assist from @Greenspan, YHC was able to switch Q’s for the prestigious #TRQ and found himself with the keys this fine morning. The weather was perfect and the assembled PAX were hungry for a solid beatdown, so away we went at the strike of 0530. Mission Statement and CP’s recited flawlessly…
YHC rolled into the 1st Pres lot at the same time as a pair of carpoolers, @Palin and @Schlitz. You might think that these two are environmentally conscious, but one could argue the amount of CO2 these guys give off with their MC might negate any positive impacts on their carbon footprint carpooling might provide….
After a wild 2 weeks away from The Dash, YHC was finally back home and ready to knock off the rust that had accrued over weeks of passport catastrophes, international travel, and spring break trips with small children. The realization that I had the Q at #UA today came late, but I knew what had…
YHC was excited get back out to one of my favorite AO’s to Q a hopefully challenging albeit simple beatdown. The previous day’s weather and the uncertainty of cinderblock inventory were factors in my planning. A couple variations of the beatdown were developed, but upon realizing we would have more than enough coupons, Plan A…
Normally on cold, wet January mornings, YHC can be found inside the warm confines of a budget-friendly exercise facility. Not today. @Crash put the call out to get his Q calendar filled up, and I was “happy” to accept his request to Q at the prestigious Iron Throne. #BUILDGroupBuddies4Life. With a close eye on the…
10 brave HIMs put the smackdown on the fart sack and posted on a chilly morning in DTWS. YHC was happy to take the reigns at UA with the goal of ensuring none of us were chilly for too long. Warm O Rama SSH x20 IC IW x20 IC Abe Vigodas (more like Abe Vi-GOAT-as,…
