WeFoCo Thursday Bootcamp started by Sour Mash, officially named on 3/16/2017 after PAX vote. 100Proof was a close second.
Well…it was that time again. Let’s get after it at Distillery! Frostbite shot me a message and asked if I could Substi-Q as he was still on the recovery road. I was going to have to come up with something quick. Think Adobe, think… Ahhhh, I think I’ve got just the thing. Just keep…
Soooo, here we go again. DISTILLERY! #WeFoCo. Always super stoked about a Beatdown at the still. The PreBlast alluded to the definition of Distill. Something along the lines of vaporizing, condensing…ya know, make it sweat. So that’s what we wanted to do this morning. The Prequel: The Lewisville Clown Car rolled up into the Distillery…
been a minute since yhc q’d, made the return to distillery this am. arrived followed by a few folks posting, a good number for the AO. mission and core principles recited, warm up side straddle hop, imperial storm troopers, forward arm swirly things, hillbillies, backward arm swirly things, michael phelps, abe vigodas. the workout pax…
5 other pax were intrigued by my preblast or otherwise felt some need to roll out of the fartsack and post at The Distillery the next to last day of February. While it’s the shortest month, it is packed with birthdays with some of America’s greatest and coincidentally YHC. I’d done this workout several times…
Has been a while since YHC has posted at Distillery and it brought back fond memories of the IPC, so dusted off a highly modified version from one of the challenges a couple of years ago. A solid crew of 9 showed up to enjoy the festivities. WARM UPS SSH, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigoda, Whirly,…
It was a lovely morning to venture westward to #TheDistillery — an AO I do not normally frequent. To be honest, I think this was only my 3rd time out that way. @Madoff put the EH on me a few months ago when he was filling out the Q Calendar and supposedly when @Madoff buys…
Well….Backblasts do technically happen after a workout, right? Better late than never? It snowed in NC this weekend? All excuses, I know. But, I’m gonna stick with option 2…. ( Better Late Than Never ). So here we go… It was time to bring some Adobe shenanigans back to Distillery, but what could we…
Trick or Treat PAX ! I’ve done a Halloween Q or two before. Lots of fun. I decided to recycle an oldie but a goodie this year. Had to dust off my trusty ole Jack-O-Lantern and print some new wildcards, but I’m sure the PAX will love all the new tricks I had. And treats….
the theme this morning was scrabble, yhc has a scrabble set with letters with exercise on back. happy to have these assembled hims, and the michael bolton referred to here was from down range, not the michael bolton of old from f3 winston salem. the pax spell their name, no repeat letters, and we do…
PAX: Dr. Toot(WD,Q), Madoff( site Q), Karl (FNG- aka Fire Marshal Bill) Stupidly showed up at 5 for the EC run with Madoff who was incredibly merciful. We returned to find an ominous pickup and no one else. Turns out Inspector Gadget has FNGs running out his ears as Karl, a strapping fireman exited the…
YHC was halfway through his craziest week at work in the last 5 years when a text message from Madoff was received (and ignored til about 8pm) about hoping something killer was in store for my Q on Thursday. Maybe it was the frustration of the long week, or desire to turn mental anguish from…
