It has been a minute since I have gotten tapped to Q Flatline. I was not sure what to do but I knew I wanted to do something different. Many of you donât know but my office is on the top floor of the Truliant Tower (Formerly Winston Tower) downtown Winston Salem. So here we…
Gentlemen⊠Last summer, 38 men stepped into the arena.Only one walked out with the gold. Rollback didnât just win⊠he claimed the belt. And now? Heâs not giving it back without a fight. Tour de Draftee 2026 begins next month. Same rules.Same belt.Same mission: Show up Put in the work Get to know a brother…
It has been a while since I have had the Q at Alcatraz. Although I am a regular for both the Super Max (Murph) and the normal beatdown, it has been at least 8 months since I have had the Q. Subfloor reached out and since my absurd work schedule is finally slowing down,…
The thang: https://f3greenwood.org/all/ironpax-challenge/feeks-wod-ipc-2025-week-1 We got started at 0520 – it was cool and clear. Sky full of stars and a full moon. An empty dew-dampened and unsuspecting field. These conditions are what we in the beatdown business refer to as “pristine.” YHC set out cones as close to 100m apart as I could without official…
YHC had the keys to #TheDistillery on Thursday morn and had the pleasure of proctoring IPC Week 0 at this esteemed AO that has played host to this CSAUP national challenge for many years. The nice thing about having the Q during September and especially at an AO that is known to be the home…

A couple of months ago I got asked by Mutton to Q Impossible Situation (IS). This is what we call the âMother-Shipâ since years ago before I joined F3 this from what I understand was the first AO.  Up until recently this one had been a weekly thing but attendance has fallen to where it…

Approximately 24 PAX joined another 250-300 people, to honor those who lost their lives on 9/11 twenty years ago.We had a friendly new guy, Andy, brought by Ziffel in attendance who we decided not to name until he posts at a F3 proper workout. We convened prior to 6 o’clock on the field, with…
The Shmed overlords did not plan properly for last yearâs event when over 40 people (PAX + FiA + 2.0s + innocent bystanders) unexpectedly posted for the 2am workout. Those are crazy numbers for Winston-Salem! So to curtail the numbers to a more manageable crowd this year, YHC was asked to Q. As a faithful…
This year, YHC had a patriotic playlist to set the tone for our upcoming efforts, leading with Jimi Hendrixâ Star Spangled Banner. Fender mentioned he had a treat for us the night prior, and upon arrival YHC saw he had his guitar Amped and ready to go. And boy, what a treat indeed! He proceeded…
