Everything is the week’s BBBC has gone wrong. Started with the site AO forgetting the YHC asked last week to Q. That quickly fixed. After the Q figured out where to launch from he posted it on Slack. At that point everything went downhill. Everyone did not realise the gates to Tanglewood park is open…

9 pax total for a humid morning run. A mutiny was launched as no pax were satisfied with the proposed routes so everybody did something different excluding the Q! 3 pax looking for EC launched at 0520 for 5 miles, Harden, Schneider & 60 minutes. The remaining 6 pax launched at 0530 from the sex…
A few weeks ago the PAX placed several pavers under the legs of the tables on the campus of Sherwood Elementary. YHC thought it might be a good idea to check on they looked, so that was part of the plan. Much to my surprise many of the tables had been moved and it was…
16 pax chose WeFoCo today. 5 pax went for a run. 11 Pax stuck around for some #TotalRequestLive at Parliament. Warm-o-Rama – the usual fare for @Goofy The Thang Grab a block and circle up. The idea was to repeat three different exercises for a set amount of reps each, repeating this pattern during the…
With Burns coaching future MLB players the Purgatory Q fell to YHC. The Q was not sure what to do but when the Pax rolled in and the Respects won by landslide YHC was in for some deep MC for the plan that was about to take place. Warm Up SSH, Abe Vigoda, Slow Whirly…
Warm up and Broga with 30 merkins of various sorts mixed in Mosey to Track; 3 Laps around track. At each corner is a piece of cardboard with 4 exercises. Always do 5 Burpees. Start with 15 of the others, then 20 then 25 with each lap. Corner 1: Burpees, LBC, Jack Reachers, Mountain Climbers….
The 2.0 and YHC were honored to be asked to co-Q at Alcatraz/Supermax. We sat down one night, AEW on in the background most likely, and made a plan. It went like this: Supermax: Two choices in this WIB style workout. A more “extended warm-up” and a true beatdown. Pax availed themselves of both and…
14 smart pax ditched the ol fartsack this morning and posted to a barely publicized Mongoose-led Purgatory. It was hot. It was steamy. But we still did work. A lot of work. Thang Warmarama – the usual stuff like SSH, IW, squat, merkins, ASTs, Whirly’s Got the Clap, etc. Took some extra time so Argyle…
YHC received a 4 am text from Mash saying he wouldn’t make it. Guess he knew I’d be there and would substiQ. The Thing: 7 pax ran, 1 rucked his routes. Announcements: Shmedfest or The Shmed in 2 weeks Prayers: Snake Eyes brother with arrival of a new kid Those unspoken Bullwinkle took us…
We all hope the site Q, Ziggy, is enjoying his cross country trek and will soon return-we miss him! While the humidity was still there this morning it was a cool start to the day. Prior to the start, YHC received some strange looks and comments when he asked each PAX their age. After this…
Super Max was in full effect this morning as Little Piggy and the Tootster got after it. Perfect recitation of the F3 preamble and Warmorama completed, we made a simple and effective beatdown happen. Crunchy tunes wafting through the thick air, the plan was simple, 66 rocking chair lunges, run a lap, 11 monkey humpers,…
